Steve Street Water Quality Facility Enhancement
This project will upgrade the existing water quality facilities that have deteriorated over the years. The project is located north of SW Steve Street and East of 81st Ave. The project will install a pipe in the existing channel, backfill, re-grade and replanting the channel as a storm water quality swale.

Project Status

The project is under construction, the construction started on September 14, 2009. The storm system is 99% complete. Site grading is 95% complete. Landscaping is 90% complete.

The weather challenges were a factor to extend the project completion date to December 11, 2009.
