SW Baylor Street, 72nd Avenue Sewer Reimbursement District No. 46
The commercial Area Sewer Extension Program is also funded from the Sanitary Sewer Fund and offers commercial entities the opportunity to participate in reimbursement districts for extension of sewer service to commercial areas.

Project Location and Map

The project will provide sewer service to 38 lots on 72nd Ave., Clinton St., 70th Ave. and Baylor St.

ROAD CLOSURE:
SW 72nd Avenue between SW Dartmouth Street and Pacific Highway will continue to be closed November 18th from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Traffic is being directed by flaggers and detours are in place. Drivers are requested to avoid the area although all businesses are open and accessible. The purpose of the closure is to install the portion of the sewer crossing SW 72nd at SW Baylor Street.
