Permit Coordinator

To help with your development issues – from the beginning of the application, through the conditions of approval, to the certificate of occupancy. There is one person you can contact to find out the status of your project.

The Permit Coordinator assists with the project development process by acting as a liaison between developers, builders, applicants and city staff for coordination of Planning, Engineering and Building permits, while facilitating communication and cooperation with all parties.

Coordination of the permit process includes tracking information and status of projects and being available for both the development community and city staff for assistance with routing information, document submittal, land use procedures and general project coordination.

To find out if your project has been approved, what conditions of approval still remain outstanding, information on TIF fees, development process, or whatever you may need to help you along, please contact Albert Shields.
