Economic Development

Lincoln Center Tigard is often perceived as a bedroom community for nearby cities. This is not accurate. There are 3,124 registered businesses in Tigard, which provide 30,616 full time equivalent jobs (FTEs) (2005 Tigard Business Tax data.) About half of these employ four people or less.

Tigard is a great place to do business, ideally located at the crossroads of major transportation routes, Interstate 5, Highway 217 and Highway 99W.
