Here's Where it All Began: Tigard 2007!

This 252-page report documents Tigard today. It establishes the factual basis that the community will use to develop updated Plan policies, beginning in spring 2007. Tigard 2007 evolved through nine public meetings with the Planning Commission, and includes the Cover and Table of Contents, Natural Resources, Environmental Quality, Community, Public Facilities and Services, Transportation and Growth and Development. You can also view a hard copy of this document at the Permit Center or the Library.
