Fee Assistance Program

Notice of Available Funding
The City of Tigard offers fee assistance for low-income housing development and rehabilitation. Organizations interested in applying for available Housing Fee Subsidy funds can obtain an Affordable Housing Fees Application and Program Guidelines here. Mailed and/or emailed copies of the packet may be obtained by contacting Duane Roberts at 503-718-2444 or via email at duane@tigard-or.gov.

This assistance program is designed to offset City fees and charges imposed on affordable housing acquisition, development, and rehabilitation within the community. The program is open to public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and for-profit entities providing affordable housing opportunities.

Applications for available FY 09-10 funds are due December 18, 2009.

Additional information may be obtained by contacting Duane Roberts at 503-718-2444 or via email at duane@tigard-or.gov.
