Mondays: 8 AM—5 PM for limited service only (appointment check in,
deliveries and accepting land use appeals)
Activities in the Current Planning Division center on the review of
all development projects in Tigard. This includes the review, processing, and checking of
Zone Changes, Sensitive Land Permits, Subdivisions, Variances, Planned Developments,
Land Partitions, Site Design Reviews, Conditional Uses, Temporary Uses, Signs, Land Use
Appeals, Tree Removal Permits, and Development Code Amendments. The Current Planning
Division is managed by the Planning Manager and comprised of Planners and Support Staff.
