Proposed Development Code Amendments to amend the Residential Zoning Districts (18.510) and Conditional Use (18.330) Chapters to allow Major Event Entertainment as a conditional use on residential public school sites
The proposed development code amendment would amend the residential zoning districts chapter (18.510) and conditional use chapter (18.330) of the Tigard Community Development Code to allow major event entertainment (athletic, cultural or entertainment events) as a conditional use on public school sites within residential zones.
