REQUEST:	To amend the current Comprehensive Plan Topic 1: General Policies; Topic: Special Areas of Concern; and Topic: Locational Criteria by updating the goals, policies and recommended action measures to reflect current community conditions and values.

APPLICABLE REVIEW CRITERIA:	Community Development Code Chapters 18.380 and 18.390; Comprehensive Plan Chapters Citizen Involvement, Environmental Quality, Hazards, Economy, Housing, Public Facilities and Services, General Policies, Transportation, Urbanization, and Natural Features and Open Spaces; Metro Functional Plan Titles 1, 3, 6, 12, and 13; and Statewide Planning Goals 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14.
