The City of Tigard Community Development Code identifies development code amendments as a "Type IV" procedure. Type IV procedures apply to legislative matters. Legislative matters involve the creation, revision, or large-scale implementation of public policy. Type IV matters are considered initially by the Planning Commission for the purpose of making a recommendation to the City Council, with final decisions made by the City Council. There are no proposed code amendments at this time. |
