Update: August 2009
Work continues on the Tigard Transportation System Plan (TSP) update project.
The project is being funded by the ODOT Transportation and Growth Management
Program and will result in a 20-year plan for providing the community with:
- A blueprint for transportation investment;
- A coordination tool with regional and agencies local jurisdictions;
- An important component of prudent and effective land use choices;
- A means to prepare for future growth in Tigard and the region; and
- Answers to existing and future transportation needs related to bicycles, pedestrians,
transit, vehicles, freight, and rail.

The first phase of the project is complete and draft documents are available for review
and comment. Click on the document name below to open a copy.
Project Materials and Updates:
Additionally, the second phase of the project is in process and draft documents will be
available for review in September. Materials available include:
- Transportation Needs and Deficiencies Report
- Transportation Solutions Report
- Transportation Facilities Report
