A design manual has been developed to provide a uniform set of standards and procedures to assist the City and private consulting engineers in coordinating, processing and constructing public improvement projects. The manual may be downloaded from this site.

Design Standards
The inclusion of the Appendices D through G are often requested during the the development plan review process to be included on the plans. Because of this, we have provided these in a "doc" format for placement on your plans. You will need to convert them to the drawing format you use. Download the Design Standard Appendices.
