The City Council employs the City Manager to carry out Council
policies and to serve as the Executive Officer for the City. The City Manager supervises all
of the departments of the City and ensurs that Council policies and goals
are implemented.
City Administration makes recommendations to the Council on legislation, financial programs,
policies, public services, and other matters as
requested. The City Manager is also responsible for keeping the Council informed
of the City's business and financial condition.

Joanne provides administrative support to the City Manager, City Administration & Council and acts as a liaison between the City Manager, City staff and the public.
