The City Council employs the City Manager to carry out Council
policies and to serve as the Executive Officer for the City. The City Manager supervises all
of the departments of the City and ensurs that Council policies and goals
are implemented.
City Administration makes recommendations to the Council on legislation, financial programs,
policies, public services, and other matters as
requested. The City Manager is also responsible for keeping the Council informed
of the City's business and financial condition.

Craig manages the City's business and carries out the Council's policies
and orders by coordinating the work of all the City's departments
and employees.

Liz develops, coordinates, and maintains the City's community relations program with local, regional, and state organizations.
Develops citizen feedback programs and participates in cultivating community
identity.

Joanne Bengtson, Executive Assistant to the City Manager & Mayor

Joanne provides administrative support to the City Manager, City Administration,
Mayor and City Council and acts as a liaison between the City Manager, City staff
and the public. She also serves as Program Coordinator for the Neighborhood Network
Program and editor of Cityscape.
