ADMINISTRATIVE RULES:
City of Tigard Ordinance No. 11-06, adopted August 23, 2011 and effective September 22, 2011, authorizes the use of administrative rules and defines the procedures for administrative rulemaking for the following Tigard Municipal Code chapters:

Chapter 1.16 | General Provisions — Civil Infractions

Chapter 9.04 | Parks — General Provisions

Chapter 11.04 | Health and Safety — Solid Waste Management

Chapter 12.01 | Water and Sewers — Utility Services Rules and Regulations
