A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10 a.m. local time, on Monday, November 30, 2009, at
12475 SW Bull Mountain Road, Tigard, OR 97224.
Work under this ITB's resulting contract will be funded, in part or in its entirety, with federal funds from
the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act through the Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund.
