2009 Free Leaf Disposal & Food Drive
To help area residents properly dispose of leaves, the City of Tigard is sponsoring three more free leaf disposal and food drive events (November 21 and December 5, 12).

Passport Acceptance Hours are Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and by Appointment Only: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. If you’d like to schedule a passport appointment, please call 503-639-4171.

Lone Man Robs Tigard Gas Station
An employee of an Astro Gas Station located at 12885 SW Pacific Highway in Tigard, reported being robbed early Tuesday morning. Police reports indicate that a 48 year old female employee was approached in the office area of the gas station at approximately 4:30 a.m. by a white male adult. Read more...

Ash Street Dog Park Closed During Construction
The NEW Burnham Street is under construction and dogs are being "scent" to other dog parks starting November 1, 2009. At the completion of the project - anticipated in late 2010 - the community will have a New Burnham Street and an improved Ash Street Dog Park. Read more...

Many Tigard Water Service Area (TWSA) residents are noticing a slight change in the color of their drinking water this fall season.
