the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run which seriously injured a motorist.

Every two years Tigard residents are surveyed to ascertain their use of and satisfaction
with City services as well as to determine priorities for their neighborhoods and the
City. Topical questions added to this year's survey ask residents their opinion on
recreation, social media, economic development, and high capacity transit.

Five out of 30 businesses visited in Tigard on November 4, 2011 failed to pass an OLCC check for alcohol sales to minors.
The Tigard Police Department assisted the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) with this effort. A team of
OLCC inspectors along with two Tigard Police Officers accompanying an eighteen year-old male volunteer,
visited the selected establishments.
