When you place a call to the City of Tigard's main number your call will now be answered by an automated attendant. Callers may speak the staff member's name, 4-digit extension or the subject they need help with. Additionally the system includes a staff directory. A caller does not have to listen to the full greeting—you may speak or dial at any time during the greeting. To assist, the City has published phone directories by staff name, work area and subject.

If you experience issues with the automated attendant system you may report them to our feedback line by pressing 2474 while in the system or by calling the City at 503-718-2474.
